Claims Hero does not direct, influence or predetermine supplier findings, and suppliers are expected to provide impartial assessments based on the available evidence, regardless of whether those findings support, partially support or do not support a client’s claim position.
Suppliers are also expected to disclose any actual, potential or perceived conflicts of interest and provide independent professional opinions based on the available evidence, rather than advocating for any party involved in the claim.
This commitment to independence helps ensure assessments are objective, evidence-based and capable of withstanding independent review on their own merits.
Supplier Standards and Expectations
We are looking for suppliers who can consistently deliver professional, accurate and timely work. Strong Claims Hero suppliers should be able to:
- Engage with clients professionally, including being on time, presentable, respectful and clear in communication.
- Produce high-quality reports within their field of expertise.
- Read and prepare for the case requirements before attending site.
- Minimise reporting errors, including incorrect event dates, property addresses, material labels, measurements or assessment details.
- Provide strong causation reporting within their area of expertise.
- Remain aligned with the most recent and relevant professional standards.
- Stay within their area of expertise when providing opinions or recommendations.
- Exercise independent professional judgement and provide objective, evidence-based findings.
- Ensure opinions, conclusions and recommendations are based on their expertise and assessment of the available evidence, free from external influence.
- Deliver impartial assessments and recommendations, recognising that Claims Hero engages suppliers for their professional expertise and respects their independence.
Accuracy matters. A strong supplier report can help move a claim forward. A poor report can slow the process, weaken the client’s position and create unnecessary rework.
