At Claims Hero, Conner leads the business development sector, with a focus on strengthening contractor networks, expanding market reach, and improving outcomes for clients. He works closely with suppliers, builders, assessors, and industry professionals to create scalable systems that connect customers with the right experts at the right time. His approach is practical and results-focused: align the right people, incentives, and processes to deliver faster resolutions, better service, and stronger partner performance.

Before joining Claims Hero, Conner built and scaled portfolios across Australia, the U.S., and the Caribbean, working with global organisations. Conner combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. He is passionate about improving transparency in the insurance process, challenging old and outdated systems, and ensuring clients achieve fair, efficient, and outcome-driven results.

Conner holds a Master of International Business along with a Master of Entrepreneurship, Innovation & Design Thinking from the University of Queensland.  He also holds a Bachelor of Finance & a Bachelor of Marketing from Florida State University.
